1. General Provisions

Opening an account by anyone under age is strictly prohibited, and any such account identified will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Terms

At the time of account registration, the user must confirm the following:

• All information provided is completely true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account; opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The user is opening the account in their own identity and for their own use; operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• The user does not reside in any region where the use of such services is legally prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

ko666 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested. Failure to verify identity or providing false information may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

3. Account Security

The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account login details (username and password) secure. ko666 will never ask a user for their password or complete payment information.

3.1 User Responsibilities

• Keep your account password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with any other person.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact ko666 support immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared computer, make sure to log out at the end of the session.

3.2 Account Liability

The user is responsible for all activities conducted from their account. ko666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access by a third party, unless it is proven that it occurred due to a fault in ko666's systems.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently accepted at ko666 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods). Transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name; deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ko666 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currency are not possible.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

ko666 monitors all transactions and reserves the right to suspend transactions and notify the authorities if suspicious activity is identified. Any attempt at money laundering or fraud will face legal action.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ko666 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance becomes ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are for personal use; the same person cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• ko666 reserves the right to determine eligibility for bonuses.
• Bonus terms may change at any time; check the platform for current terms.
• Bonuses obtained by exploiting any system error or technical issue on ko666 will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ko666 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) and are not predetermined.

6.2 Sports Betting

ko666's sports betting service offers markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets and odds are subject to change, and ko666 reserves the right to close markets or void bets before an event starts or under changed circumstances.

6.3 Technical Errors

Game results affected by a technical error or system failure may be declared void, in which case the stake will be refunded. In such situations, ko666's decision is final.

6.4 Use of Multiple Accounts

If anyone attempts to take advantage of bonuses or game benefits using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated immediately and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

11. Account Closure & Termination

11.1 At the User's Own Request

Any user may contact ko666 support at any time to request closure of their account. If there is a balance before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, unless any bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.

11.2 At ko666's Initiative

ko666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Being identified as an underage user.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Harassing behavior toward other users.

The balance and bonuses of an account terminated due to rule violations may be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

ko666 always strives to provide a reliable, secure, and uninterrupted service. However, ko666's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or failure of third-party services.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence (for example: sharing login credentials with others).
• Disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Any matter related to third-party websites or services.

12.1 Limit on Compensation Claims

For any claim against ko666, the maximum compensation will be limited to the amount deposited in connection with that specific incident.
